On Rehearing WEST, J. -- The City of Ocala brought this suit against Mary S. Anderson and R. L. Anderson, her husband, and Southern Florida Realty Company, a corporation, the object of the suit being to enforce the payment of an assessment made by the city upon a certain described lot of land fronting upon Magnolia Street in said city for its proportion of the amount expended by the city in paving such street.
